Being equivalent to a 200 W LED PAR for stage use while delivering 4.5 hours of maximum runtime, QuikPunch is the most energy-efficient Spotlight ever made – and it’s also prepared for easy and quick operation, thanks to the battery-driven PrepBox and its ChargingPlate.
Highly controllable punch
QuikPunch does not only feature a 13º – 60º zoom range; it is also optimized for a sharper, easier to control optical footprint. It outputs a zero-spill, accurate beam that reminds of a theatrical PC projector, but it can also work as a traditional 650 W Fresnel spotlight when the EdgeSoftener filter is added.
Adjust the beam like never before
QuikPunch is really bright, and its 60º beam angle makes it an excellent wash light to evenly lit large surfaces. But unlike traditional Fresnels, QuikPunch allows you to accurately cut the light via barndoors even at 45º – no need to flood it to get a sharp and controlled beam shape.
QuikTurn
As simple as it seems. Adjust QuikPunch’s beam angle from 13º to 60º by simply turning the barrel. QuikTurn will stop at 30º to indicate that you are in the middle of the zoom range.
Removeable Yoke; foldable feet
On the floor or in the truss: the removeable Yoke is a very versatile attachment for tilt adjustment, it has two foldable feet, and it comes with an inbuilt airline track. And yes, you can mount or release QuikPunch’s yoke in a matter of seconds.
KickStand
To angle an elegant uplight or washlight has never been so easy. QuikPunch integrates our popular KickStand in the back of the housing for tilt focusing when no yoke is used.
3/8″ Thread
This pin-ready thread in the back of QuikPunch minimizes the visual impact on those installations where a yoke is not needed, offering an alternative mounting method for gobo heads or low-profile clamps.
TiltMeter
Designed to assist with accurate fixture positioning, the TiltMeter is a software-based tool displayed on the OLED screen. When the Astera button is pressed (while not connected to the ChargingPlate), the display switches to show only the tilt angle, thanks to the built-in accelerometer. Pressing the button again returns the display to standard mode after focusing is complete.
The easiest way to recharge
With both PrepBox and ChargingPlate integrated, and enough space for up to 8 QuikPunch, 8 Barndoors and filters plus extra room for cables and clamps, the ChargingCase is the ultimate solution for the event workflows.
Built-in CRMX
QuikPunch includes LumenRadio’s wireless DMX and RDM, ensuring seamless integration with lighting consoles and other standard controllers. The DMX patch is extremely easy to configure: assign profiles, starting addresses and fixture numbers in no time via the PrepBox or the AsteraApp.
AsteraApp
Take command of your Astera lights! The AsteraApp offers full control over QuikPunch units and other Astera fixtures in the same smart ecosystem, while offering setup features and real-time monitoring.
Wired DMX
We have included 5-pin XLR in + out sockets for a solid wired DMX connection. This enables the QuikPunch to be used as a wired spotlight for larger installations.
Remote Control
The WhiteRemote is not only a really useful tool to apply different color temperatures and dimming values, but also a simple and easy alternative to pair QuikPunch with the AsteraApp when the PrepBox is not available. Alternatively, use the FX Remote to change colors or add effects.
On your light
The control panel offers intuitive control over your QuikPunch. Dedicated buttons offer swift control over brightness, HSI and colors.
On your console
QuikPunch is prepared for complex stage lighting and film setups where DMX-based, Ethernet based or CRMX-based third-party consoles and controllers are used. Furthermore, the most useful AsteraApp functions are seamlessly integrated in Blackout Lighting Console – the most convenient way to control QuikPunch from your tablet!
