A FRESNEL IN A BULB
No compromises, only quality. The Fresnel lens in SolaBulb is fully powered by Astera’s Titan LED Engine, delivering the same performance and beam distribution as larger luminaires like PlutoFresnel or QuikPunch. It’s a perfect choice for high-level events and an excellent solution for adding creative flares in-camera.
LESS GLARE, MORE CONTRAST
No black wrap, just simplicity. The SolaSnoot attaches directly to the front of the barrel to eliminate light spill, create a more intimate mood, or emulate a traditional architectural downlight—without adding weight. Each SolaBulb kit includes 8 SolaSnoots, giving you complete control over your desired look.
BUILT-IN CRMX
SolaBulb includes LumenRadio’s wireless DMX and RDM, ensuring seamless integration with lighting consoles and other standard controllers. The DMX patch is extremely easy to configure: assign profiles, starting addresses and fixture numbers in no time via the AsteraApp.
ON YOUR CONSOLE
SolaBulb is prepared for complex stage lighting and film setups where DMX-based, Ethernet based or CRMX-based third-party consoles and controllers are used. Furthermore, the most useful AsteraApp functions are seamlessly integrated in Blackout Lighting Console – the most convenient way to control SolaBulb from your tablet!
POWERSTATION
The PowerStation is included in the kit and can be used as an external display or as an external battery for SolaBulb. Simply connect it, set a color, DMX address, or dimming level, and SolaBulb will remember the settings even when disconnected.
APP CONTROL / BTB
Take command of your Astera lights! The AsteraApp offers full control over SolaBulbs and other Astera fixtures in the same smart ecosystem, while offering setup features and real-time monitoring.
IR REMOTES
The WhiteRemote is not only a highly useful tool for adjusting color temperatures and dimming values, but also a simple and convenient way to pair SolaBulbs with the AsteraApp. The FX Remote is equally valuable for leveraging RGB color mixing and creating dynamic lighting effects.
ON/OFF BUTTON
When no other control method is available, the ON/OFF button on SolaBulb allows you to switch off the bulb, activate blue mode for Bluetooth pairing, or easily apply different color presets.
ARCHITECTURAL LIGHTING FOR FILM
SolaSnoot easily fits the front of SolaBulb so you can avoid straylight while increasing the contrast in its beam. Shield all the desired viewing angles and make SolaBulb look really good with SolaSnoot.
SPOTLIGHTING FOR MUSEUMS
Its clean, defined beam makes SolaBulb perfect for short-distance product showcasing. Fits standard tracklight accessories, matches a 50W PAR/PAR20, and with Titan LED color rendering plus built-in LumenRadio DMX, it’s ideal for temporary setups in exhibitions, shops, or clubs.
